No Professional-Client Relationship
Your use of this website does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional relationship between you and Your Legacy Echoes Network or its contributors. Any reliance on the information provided is at your own risk.
Legacy Vault & Security Disclaimer
We implement reasonable security measures to help protect information entered into the Echoes Essentials Toolkit account. However, we are not responsible for any modifications, deletions, loss of access, or unauthorized access that may occur if a subscriber shares their login credentials or fails to safeguard their account.
The Echoes Essentials Toolkit dashboard is intended for non-sensitive planning information only. We strongly recommend that subscribers do not store sensitive data in the Toolkit, including (without limitation) financial account numbers, passwords, banking credentials, full personal identification numbers, or other highly sensitive personal details.
The button labelled “access to the Echoes Digital Vault” provides secure storage of sensitive information provided through a third-party service, Sidedrawer.com. Subscribers will be directed to Sidedrawer.com to access and store sensitive information, and the Sidedrawer.com Terms & Conditions and privacy practices will apply to that third-party service. Your Legacy Echoes Network does not control and is not responsible for the security, availability, or handling of information stored within Sidedrawer.com.
Refunds
We offer a limited refund policy applicable solely to purchases of the Echoes Essentials Toolkit account. Subject to the terms of this section, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. If a refund request is made within this period, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price, less a $10 administration fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. If a 30% donation to a non-profit partner has been included in the purchase price, that donation will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request to community@yourlegacyechoes.org within the applicable 30-day period. Refunds will not be issued after the expiry of the 30-day period. This refund policy applies only to the Echoes Essentials Toolkit account and does not apply to any third-party services, subscriptions, or products referenced or made available through the website. We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected misuse, abuse of the refund policy, or where we determine, acting reasonably, that the request is not made in good faith.
Non-payment of Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed once a year. If payment is missed, the account holder will receive 3 reminders. If the payment is still not made, the account will be suspended.
At that point, SideDrawer Inc. will be notified. To keep the digital vault active, the account holder will need to set up and manage their account directly through SideDrawer.com. Your Legacy Echoes Network discounts will not apply.
User Accounts and Responsibilities
In order to access certain features of the website, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Echoes Essentials Toolkit account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update such information as necessary. You further agree to limit sharing your account credentials to only your Executor and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
Affiliate & Third-Party Disclaimer
Your Legacy Echoes Network may feature information, links, referrals, or promotions relating to third parties, including affiliates, sponsors, or external service providers. These references are provided for convenience and informational purposes only.
We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the products, services, content, policies, claims, or practices of any third party. Any interactions, transactions, or engagements with third parties (including purchases or service registrations) are solely between you and the applicable third party, and are subject to that third party’s terms and policies.
Opinions & Views
Not all content on this website reflects the opinions, beliefs, or values of Your Legacy Echoes Network, its founders, or its team. Contributions, guest posts, and user-generated content represent the views of the respective authors and do not necessarily align with our stance.
